Building Insurance Fund
Due to the increase of materials over the last few years, our insurance premium has doubled, as our wind and and hail damage coverage has played a significant role in the increase. Right now, we're unable to cover the monthly payments of $2005/month for the year. Any pledges made to this fund will go directly toward paying this expense. We do not want to have to drop wind coverage since we are currently in hurricane season and just got in a new roof installed in 2022. We pay this bill on the 30th of every month and it is set on an automatic payment cycle.
